This high‑precision non‑contact inspection device is specially designed for scooter / balance car tires. It is compatible with 5‑24‑inch pneumatic tires, solid tires and air‑free tires. It performs fully‑automatic measurement of roundness, radial runout and lateral wobble. Equipped with a computer and professional software, it supports real‑time plotting and automatic report generation.

Core Test Items:
- Roundness Test: Suitable for 5‑24 inch tires. It measures radial profile deviation to evaluate the circular accuracy of tire tread.
- Lateral Run‑out Test: Measures the axial (sidewall) run‑out of tires to identify carcass deformation or assembly errors.
- Real‑time Curve Plotting: The PC displays roundness polar coordinate curve and run‑out displacement‑angle curve in real time.
- Laser Measurement: Fitted with laser displacement sensor for non‑contact, high‑precision and wear‑free measurement.

Working Principle
The motor drives the tire to rotate at a constant speed. The laser sensor synchronously scans the tread circumference (for roundness measurement) and sidewall (for run‑out measurement). The software collects distance data in real time, calculates deviations from the reference circle, plots curves and performs analysis. Upon test completion, data is automatically saved and reports are generated.
